Return Process

  Visit our 'My Orders' section or contact our concierge team within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Zen Diamond presentation box, including all authentication certificates, invoices, and protective packaging.

  Insured Pickup

  We will arrange a complimentary, fully-insured courier pickup from your doorstep at a scheduled time that suits your convenience.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
